Refund & Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed, in their original condition with all tags attached, and in their original packaging.

Swimwear: Hygiene protection (liner) must be fully intact and unremoved for the item to be eligible for return.

Beauty & Fragrance: Items must be unopened and unused to be eligible for return, unless the item arrived defective or damaged.

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return.

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@wanessamoura.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Damages & Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at contact@wanessamoura.com so we can assess and resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Swimwear with removed, damaged, or missing hygiene protection
  • Opened or used beauty and fragrance products, unless defective or damaged
  • Final sale items, where applicable
  • Gift cards, if offered

Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original and place a new order once the return is accepted.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
