Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Times
Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated transit times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier conditions, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
International Orders — Duties, Taxes & Customs
For international orders, import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total or shipping cost. Wanessa Moura has no control over customs policies and cannot predict what charges may apply.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of purchase. Wanessa Moura is not responsible for orders delayed or undelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Additional shipping fees may apply for re-shipment.
